The "Uncle Fred" Series
The "Uncle Fred" portfolio is a series of photo-based, mixed media prints on paper started in 2011 on the occasion of my second move in a year; resulting from the initial loss of my residence in which I had lived for 17 years.
"Uncle Fred's Couch: Reflections on Homelessness and the "...Pull of Loss and Wonder " (from the poem Midnight Moon by Brenda Connor-Bey), is collection of 8 prints, the first of the "Uncle Fred" series.
